Memory is not a longer conversation window. It is kept in two kinds, on purpose, and they behave differently.

The two kinds

Personal detail — Anything about you, a named colleague, or someone writing in from a channel. It stays inside that setting and never travels.

Distilled insight — Written nightly from real conversations with personal detail stripped out. This is what the operator carries everywhere it works.

Folded conversation — Older exchanges are not deleted or shortened. They fold away, and come back in full when something you say relates to them.

Operators never share memory with each other. Two operators on the same account are two colleagues, not one mind with two faces.
