Documents and facts

Anything you upload is treated as true. This is how you hand over the things it could not work out on its own — your policies, your prices, your contracts.

Adding knowledge

Open the Knowledge tab — On the operator's page.

Upload, paste, or give a link — Documents are kept whole. Nothing is cut into fragments, so a clause is never read without the paragraph around it.

Check what it took — Each entry shows where it came from and its standing. Search by meaning to see what the operator will actually find.

Two kinds of knowing

What you gave it — Uploaded by you and treated as fact. It does not decay and is never second-guessed.

What it learned — Picked up from real work and kept separately, so the two are never confused.

Nothing is pushed into every conversation. What relates to the work in hand comes forward on its own; the rest stays available and out of the way.
