Connecting the tools you use

Connections are made once for your whole organisation, and every operator you have can then use them. There are four ways in, depending on what the service offers.

The four ways

Sign in (OAuth) — Gmail, Slack, GitHub, Google Workspace and most large services. A secure window opens and you approve access — there is nothing to paste.

An API token — For services that issue you a key. Paste it once; it is encrypted and never shown again.

Telegram or WhatsApp — Connect a bot or a business number and your operator answers there, with the same memory it has here.

Your own app — Any HTTP API with a key. Give it the address and the key, and the operator works out the endpoints itself.

Connecting one

Open the Integrations tab — Featured services are listed first; the full catalogue is behind Show catalogue.

Choose the service and connect — You will either approve in a window or paste a token, depending on the service.

Check it under Manage — Status, recent errors, retry, replacing a token, and disconnecting all live there.

If a connection stops working, Manage is where it says so — usually an access token that expired, which you can renew from the same screen without reconnecting from scratch.
