Read it under Growth — Each one says what would change and why it is asking.

Approve or reject — Approve and it changes. Reject and it does not — and it learns from the refusal.

Check the blocked log — Anything that would have touched the mandate never reaches you. It is kept there so you can see what was stopped.

The health score on the operator's page is built from real signals — how it is used, what it is learning, where it is drifting. It is not a rating of how much you like it.
