Answering outside the workspace

The same operator, with the same memory and the same judgement, can answer in more than one place.

Where it can answer

WhatsApp and Telegram — Connect a number or a bot under Integrations. People write in the way they already do.

Your own website — A public key lets your site talk to the operator. You can limit which sites may use that key.

Your own software — A private key for systems you control, carrying everything the operator carries anywhere else.

A person writing in from a channel is a different setting from your workspace. What they tell it stays in that setting and never travels into yours.
