Create your operator
Creating an operator takes two answers. Everything else — every skill, every tool, its memory — is already there the moment it exists.
The steps
Open New operator — From the left rail in your workspace. If your plan is full, this is where you will be told.
Give it a name — Use a real name. You will be talking to it daily, and it will refer to itself this way.
Say what the job is — One or two sentences, the way you would brief someone joining your team. This becomes its mandate — the thing it is measured against and cannot quietly drift away from.
The mandate is fixed after creation. Everything else — tone, how much it explains, what it knows — changes as you work together. If the job itself changes, create a second operator rather than trying to convert the first.
